  3. Wah, your wifey really knows a lot of stuff.. From wushu to chinese medicine to rock climbing (ooops, that's an interest) to now, yoga.. All rounder wei.. I didn't know it was International Yoga Day.. Bet it was very fun for you to tag along as there would be many lenglui there, can curi pandang and main-main mata a bit.. Kekekekeke.. I'm laughing at the picture where you said they were eating grass.. Aiyoh, smelling grass la, not eating grass.. The grass must be smelling very nice, like wheatgrass+celery+green apple for them to hold so long in that position..

  4. Anay quietly went to this awesome event but didn't even invited Thambee!! how could he, must phiak his Code-10 loaded karipap head already!!!

    1. nice tees and mat given to the participants, Thambee like that!! the yoga mat is a good things to be given, especially to beginners so that they have no excuse to say they are not going to do yoga at home because they do not have the yoga mat!!! and with that striking yellow smiley face on a black background, indeed it is making the person using it happy!! :)

      Delete
    2. i wonder how many people where there, it's spectacular looking at everyone wearing the same clothes and using the same mat to do yoga poses at one time.. it's like those performances, what do you call them?? the synchronous aerobics performances??

      Delete
    3. but Thambee wonders if Anay was there to do yoga or just taking photo shots.. Thambee can see lots of UNFIE (uncle-selfie) from Anay!!! maybe he cannot bend at all for the yoga pose, sprained his body and finally gave up, but just taking photos only throughout the event..

      Delete
    4. That would be the biggest joke if Thambee went for this yoga event! It is so unlikely to happen unless Anay invited Thambee to a big makan event.

Of course, I was doing the yoga all the way with my phone in one hand. I had to snap photos to share and promote this very healthy yoga event which really resembled a synchronous aerobics performance! I guess thousands of people showed up to support. Next round, I will drag you like a cow to this event okay!!

  19. Yoga is a very good form of exercise, I reckon. I stop yoga long ago because I am too busy with my run in the gym. I have signed up zumba and belly dance in the recreation club. I always want to join yoga again, but I just can't squeeze out time anymore.
I heard of this laughing yoga too. I am pretty sure you and your wifey came back from this event with a very happy soul and healthy body.

    2. It is very good that you always run as it is a good form of exercise to stay healthy as you are now. It would be a plus bonus if you add in 5 minutes yoga on the days you don;t run. It will ease and loosen all the knots inside our organs that causes stress.

    3. OMG! How did you know that Bananaz could stand on his head?? His banana might snap!
