My CD & Many Birthday Surprises

It was my birthday last Friday. 



I had so much wonderful surprises lined up!






1. My bed ridden mother who has been unwell for 3 months & confined herself at home, whispered to my brother that she wanted to celebrate my birthday. My brother suggested a simple dinner nearby our homes. I was very touched as my brother had to carry her with both hands from her bed to his car and finally wheeled her into the restaurant. All mothers would always sacrifice themselves for their child's sake. Sobs!






2. Later that night, my sweet & thoughtful wife treated me to spend a night at the Kuala Lumpur's 5-Star Ossoto Spa! It was a very unique idea to do nothing but to relax and rejuvenate ourselves there. I loved that blissful moment and hope to go there again soon. 

**I will specially blog about this spa next week! Stay tuned.






3. My creative wife again,  threw an unexpected surprise dinner by dropping me off at the hotel lobby. She told me to get down from the car & collect my birthday cake which was ordered by a close friend. The above rich chocolate cake was specially baked by the Master Chef at The Mines hotel & Resort but hand carried to another hotel pula.... Wakakakaka!




 


4. I dashed inside the hotel and my eyes went wide with dropped jaws to see 6 good friends waiting there instead! One least expected guest on this planet showed up to safely hand deliver my CD!!!! 
It was like PosLayu's new tagline - DI JAMIN SAMPAI TANGAN ANDA!

Oooooh! Thambee showed up with my PRIZED CD,  CNY card and lovely Gift Box with pretty ribbons & a touching handmade Birthday Card! Thanks heaps!!





 5. LOOK at my sweet carbo pasted CD sticker in the centre! He knows what I love to eat! 

I am sure you would agree that he created a very professional & personalised CD complete with the winner's names inside a Ziploc Bag!!!! OMG! He is so clever! No wonder Thambee obtained his MBA with honours, so sap-sap water!





6. This is Thambee's Donut and I am proud to show off my 4th CD!

      Anay, Yannie also removed Yannie's birthday on FB months ago, as Yannie is very lazy to write birthday greetings for friends, so Yannie doesn't want to bother friends on Yannie's birthday too.

      I love to wish everyone in the FB with special funny photos for funny friends. I just feel paiseh to get so many greetings in return. Those fellas remembered and jammed my watsap with wishes this year.

      Maybe next year I will put the birth date back!

    Happy belated birthday TM! Many happy returns and bet you had a wonderful time at the hotel.. Doing nothing, just lazing around and pampering yourself with the spa facilities sound so so good..
    And ooooo, that wonderful surprise, SK turned up and personally passed the CD to you, wow, like VIP man !! Oohh so the doughnut CD belongs to you.. This morning when I was browsing SK's CD's, the one that really caught my eye was this doughnut thing, and now, I know it's yours..

      Yes! Yes! The donut is mine! He knows who likes ABC, Donuts and what nots.

      Actually I was a bit restless when I still didn't receive my CD from SK who kept pushing the deadline. I even volunteered to self-collect from him as I was so KIASU and worried that the jinxed PosLayu might take 3 weeks instead to deliver. Muahahahaha!

      Kaneeneh! SK tipu & kept me in the dark to show up at the dinner. Anay's head blow lah.

    Thambee hopes that was a very memorable birthday for Anay.. even Aunty Tan also insisted to get up and celebrate Anay's birthday, and Anay's brother also didn't mind all the trouble.. and lastly Anay's beloved Letchumy planned a day to relax in the 5-star Ossoto Spa and then a surprise birthday party for Anay in hotel with surprise guests!! fuyoh, Anay is so so so blessed!!! :)

      Yes! My birthdays have been memorable ones and this 2015 gave me the 3rd unexpected surprise again. The first one was a heart attack surprise but I didn't die. I am blessed to live longer! LOL Wakakakaka

    Thambee was shocked to have Letchumy Whatsapped me one day during midnight.. guess she must have waited for Anay to go for his shower, then she hunted for Thambee's number from your phone and then sent me a message, haha!! anyway, right away Thambee accepted the invitation with an alacrity!! because Thambee felt honoured to be invited too.. at first Thambee thought it would be a big group party with many of Anay's relatives and friends, a little hesitant but since Letchumy invited me to this surprise party, Thambee just told himself to go lah!!! only to find out that the party was only for Anay's closed friend and the only relative was Letchumy herself, muahahaha!! :D

      So scary lah she could find all my whole school of friends like the 2nd surprise party I had!
      Now she knows that I may have lots of friends, but not everyone would be BFF. So Thambee could guess now that Anay always speak about Thambee like jasmine flowers! Ha ha ha!

    but a little imperfection was that, Anay was late.. Thambee was expecting Anay to be already sitting there, and when Thambee entered the hall, Thambee pretends to bump into Anay and asked why was he there while Thambee was going to meet up a friend.. but dei, this didn't happened but Anay instead stunned at the entrance of the hall while Thambee was already seated!! it was priceless to see Anay's reaction when he was at the entrance, muahahaha!! too bad, we all have forgotten to take a photo!!

      The traffic was horrendous that Friday evening and we were so stressed by the traffic crawl. She was getting very restless but put a brave smile which I could smell something amiss! A surprise party I might have guessed, but Thambee's appearance was the least expected being on this planet lah! So I conclude that it was a real genuine surprise to see Thambee and my childhood friend.

    Thambee sure knows what his Anay likes lah.. sweet tooth and sweet stuffs!! this donut was not the original choice but another ice-cream, until the moment Thambee was printing, he thought the donut looks nicer and the shape also matches that of the CD, so he changed his mind and am glad that Anay (and 小影 too) likes that!! Anay has given a perfect shot of the CD in photo #6, the donut looks so 3D and real in the photo, now did you get yourself a donut fix the next day?? :D

    lastly, hope Anay likes the CD and enjoys listening to the songs.. as well as the special birthday card and all goodies inside the Snacks Box!! in turn, thank you Anay and Letchumy for the dinner, and i must say i enjoyed the night meeting Anay's friends, all are very friendly and we did have a good chat, and lastly of course not forgetting that super delicious Chocolate Brownie Cheesecake custom-made by the Master Chef of The Palace of The Golden Horses!! if Thambee wasn't stuffed with food earlier, he would have asked for another slice~~ :D
